For all intents and purposes, it's Champagne. Legally though it has to be called 'Cap Classique' because it's made in South Africa. Whatever, it tastes amazing, is still a few quid cheaper than the cheapest Supermarket Champagne out there, and it goes down brilliantly with an early evening sunset accompanied by the light of your life.
