Ever had cheese (Whey) wine? No...neither had I until this week. Smells of fino sherry, with a whiff of natural yoghurt, dry, full-bodied, with a faintly cheesey finish.

Needless to say it is exceptionally good with cheese. It is made by Humphrey Errington of Lanark/Dunsyre Blue fame & obviously goes fantastically with his cheese but matches others almost as well...
