Dry, salty, minerally, light style of sherry that is about as far from harveys bristol Cream as anything can get...feed me...feed me.. Price: £8.25
Unlike anything I have ever tried before. Very aromatic with walnut, orange, spice, flint, smoke, pepper. The palate has touches of sweetness but the finish is completely dry. A sublimely complex brew that, should you treat yourself to a cheeky nightcap, you will still be able to taste at sunrise Price: £23.35
Monsieur (Fernando) Castilla certainly knows how to make pudding wine. This is one of the finest I have tried in 17 years of flogging them. It is ultimately dense & concentrated; It is based on a forty (40!) year old Solera (hence Antique PX) & delivers a dark brown, liquid hit of flavour that you have never tasted before. Treat like an extraordinarily good liquer, a small gloop is all that you will need to muse upon for quite some time. Price: £23.59
