Great Grog is an APP ("Approved Program Provider") for the official educators of the U.K. wine trade, the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (W.S.E.T).
We run 2 levels of course
FOUNDATION , which covers some theory, wine tasting & wine/food matching. The cost (£75) includes a 30 question multiple-choice exam at the end to get your qualification (nothing too tricky!).
INTERMEDIATE , just wine (no food element) tasting & theory & exam at the end.
BOTH are run in the Grog Warehouse, 161 Bonnington Road, Edinburgh.
Next FOUNDATION is Saturday 20th September.
Next INTERMEDIATE is Sundays 8th & 15th June (Two day course, 11-3pm cost £140), Study pack, Sandwich & all the wines included in the price. More detailed study books can be ordered via the wset website.

The courses are open to the Public as well as the Trade. So....if you interested in knowing more about wine & getting an internationally recognised qualification then this is for you!
