The courses are open to the Public. So....if you interested in knowing more about wine & getting an internationally recognised qualification then this is for you! The Foundation course covers basic food & wine matching too. Full details of the courses & the W.S.E.T can be found on their website.

We run 2 levels of course
They are run in the Grog Warehouse, 161 Bonnington Road, Edinburgh.
FOUNDATION Lebvel 1 , a basic introduction to wine & wine tasting. It covers some theory, wine tasting & wine/food matching. The cost includes a light, 30 question multiple-choice exam at the end to get your qualification (nothing too tricky!). No previous formal wine tasting experience is necessary.

INTERMEDIATE Level 2 , wine tasting & theory & exam at the end (no food/wine element). You DO NOT have to have done the Level 1 to do the Level 2. To pass you just have to have a bit of "wine Experience" & have read a bit!
