We run 2 levels of course FOUNDATION, Level 1 , which covers some theory, wine tasting & wine/food matching.
The cost includes a light 30 question multiple-choice exam at the end to get your qualification (nothing too tricky!).
No previous formal wine tasting experience is necessary.
Next FOUNDATION is Sat 11th September 2010 (11-4pm cost £80),
INTERMEDIATE Level 2 , just wine (no food element) tasting & theory.
Next INTERMEDIATE 25th & 26th September 2010,(Two day courses, 11-4pm cost £160),
BOTH are run in the Grog Warehouse, 161 Bonnington Road, Edinburgh.
