From the southern tip of the Cote Chalonnaise. The wine is traditionally vinified, partly in stainless steel and partly in oak, a portion of which is new. The wine is aged for a further 10 months before the spartae fermentations are blended.
This wine exhibits expressive aromas of white blossom and lime, clean flavours of ripe red apple, melon and honeysuckle with a refreshing racy finish.
