| Simonnet-Febvre | About Maison Louis Latour bought the company in 2003, along with a small domaine of Grand Cru, Premier Cru and Chablis vineyards. Since then the wine and packaging has been given a 'makeover' and the company has moved to a new winery just outside Chablis, near the village of Chitry. Simonnet-Febvre is now headed up by Paul Espitalie. Paul has worked in California and all over France, before settling in Chablis for the last 10 years. |
