Soft redcurrant notes with hints of raspberry leaf, with a lovely creamy mouthfeel. Brilliant moreish Blanc de Noirs Champagne.
Champagne is produced using a blend of wines from 3 different grapes, Chardonnay which is white, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meurnier which are both red. Blanc de Noirs Champagne is made from 100% black grapes, in this case all Pinot Noir, but is still a white champagne! As the colour comes from the grapes skins, the clear juice is immediately run off without contact.
