Torabhaig Legacy “Allt Leann” 70cl

ISLAND: Torabhaig is the second ever licensed distillery on Skye since Talisker was established in 1830. I was incredibly surprised by this one. We had a tasting in the shop in August. Such a powerful malt for a young whisky. Big and bold with lashings of complex peat notes but plenty of sweet fruit, vanilla oak and lemon zest. Think of a bonfire on the beach with smoked shellfish and a salty sea breeze in the air. Adding a splash of water to this will open up a whole new dimension of OMG!
