GREYSTONE BARREL FERMENTED SAUVIGNON BLANC 2018
Fermented using natural yeasts in old oak barrels to give ripe tropical and stone fruit flavours. The wine is aged on lees for 7 months resulting in a rich creamy style of Sauvignon Blanc.
GREYSTONE PINOT GRIS 2019
A Pinot Gris with generous richness, flavour concentration and length. The acidity is balanced perfectly with a slight sweetness.
SCOTT BASE PINOT NOIR 2018
From one of the best bits of the planet for Pinot. Complex, soft, juicy, spicy, long-flavoured and unbelievably good value (for an Otago!). Cheers!
