
We say toffee aromas, black fruit, toast, cherry, meat. They say "Fully ripe Cabernet Sauvignon was cold macerated to extract the fruity flavors with a daily pump over. The fermentation was at 25 °C for 7 days after that the wine is racked to French oak barrels for 18 months. Before bottling we blend in 20 % of Tannat and 30% Barbera. Full body wine, with strong notes of cherries, delicate vanilla and smokiness, and a hint of eucalyptus. Great complexity and long lasting finish."
