Description
BEAUJOLAIS. Bursting with light cherries, cranberries and fragrant rose petals, this is as vivaciousness as it is elegant. Made from the Gamay grape, this wine comes from the Cave de Fleurie Co-operative, synonymous with Mademoiselle Marguerite Chabert who was elected head in 1932, and helped make Fleurie Beaujolais famous. Each wine is aged in a vat to help preserve the fresh fruity character. We even get a hint of bubblegum to this wine – or that could be Simon?
