Description
BURGUNDY. Medium bodied silky Beaune 1er Cru single vineyard ‘Les Epenottes’ with vibrant, juicy cherry notes and toasty oak. Mildly rustic but very impressive. Basically a “shoulder” of Pommard, with the delicacy of a Beaune and the intensity of a Pommard.
Domaine Parent are a tiny family owned winery based in Pommard, where most of their wines are from. Fiercely independent, they have been pioneers of biodynamic and organic wines in Burgundy since the 1980s.
