Description
COTES DU JURA. Full and intense flavous of walnuts and hazelnuts.
Made from 100% late picked Savagnin (usually in October). The wine is fermented in small barrels, slightly exposed to oxygen but under a fungal skin called “voile” or veil, similar to “flor” in Sherry. Unlike Sherry, Vin Jaune is not fortified.
