An amazing project from the younger generation at Champagne Gobillard. Rather than destroy their unused, not up to scratch grapes they have created a truly fantastic and unique product range of artisanal vinegars.
100% Pinot Noir from Champagne. Much riper, rounder and fruitier than the Chardonnay with a toucha of spice. Use it to enhance a red meat sauce or a vinaigrette. Aged in oak barrels.
*A slight deposit is normal for a natural vinegar and does not affect its quality in any way. *
