Description
ORKNEY, SCOTLAND: ‘Whit’ is this? Why it’s a delicious indie bottling of Orcadian favourite Highland Park.
Bright fruit and soft smoke, this is how whisky should be and miles better than the current insipid Viking-nonsense official bottles flooding the supermarkets. Even worse now they have changed their bottles design! Jokes aside, this release is an ieal characterful table whisky with notes of caramel, honeycomb and heather. A rather rare release, as Highland Park rarely allow independent bottlings. As such, it must be named ‘Whitelaw’ after the hill overlooking the distillery, as they do not allow the distillery to be used. A really good price for this quality of whisky if you ask me.
