Amber
Amber Ales are originally a by product of the American Pale Ale, the west coast amber has evolved and developed into a range of colours and often tend to have a moderate to heavy body. Loved for the beefier appereance of its former pale ale, the copper red hue that lines the glass tends to be richer and more malt forward than pales, with less focus on the hops and allowing malt charateristic to take charge.
Expect to taste more caramel and floral hops with rich stone fruits and sweeter notes.
