LIMOUX Made by Albert Bichot of Burgundy fame, they’ve sourced parcels of grapes from 4 vineyards in Limoux to showcase the balance and potential of traditional Burgundy grapes in the Pays D’Oc. This is a lively Chardonnay, with spritely acidity, acacia, lemon zest before settling on white peach and hazelnuts with an interesting saline streak.
