Halle, Belgium:Geuze – what can I say, if you know it, this is a good one, if you don’t you don’t, then strap in for the ride. Wild yeast and bacteria makes a unique beer with equally unique properties. This one is well worth a try. I particularly enjoyed the dry, slightly tart taste. A cunning blend of old (mostly 1-3 yrs) and yound Lambic, 60% malt and 40% wheat and is then 100% matured in oak barrels.
