ISLAY: Kilchoman Maury is unusually fully matured in Maury casks. Maury is a sweet fortified wine, although dry wines are produced too (including this delicious one), from the South Roussillon region of France. Maury maturation has added layers of complex and rich dates, raisins and dark honey to the signature smoke and citrus of Kilchoman. Very cool.
