We’re hosting Grog’s inaugral beer tasting at the newly spruced-up Pleasance tasting room, and who better to kick off proceedings than Newbarns Brewery of Leith. Currently one of Scotland’s most celebrated breweries, Newbarns are smashing out top-quality ales, lagers and dark beers from Jane Street, a stone’s throw from Grog HQ in Leith. With a selection of classy standards and delicious limiteds, there’s something for everyone.

Hosted by co-owner Frederick, he’ll take us on a journey across the broad spectrum of Newbarns beers, from their seasonal lagers to big hitting barrel-aged stouts, explaining their ethos and what makes them so special.
