Description
The Trentham Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 is a classic Coonawarra with lovely ripe cassis, dark chocolate, eucalyptus and mint balanced with ripe tannins.
Trentham have been operating since 1988 in Big River, from small beginnings to now running a state-of-the-art winery working with premium grapes. The winemaking ethos is flexible, and they’re happy to experiment with lesser spotted grapes in Australia, such as Nebbiolo or Fiano. Cabernet Sauvignon is perfectly suited to the growing conditions of Coonawarra.
